Toronto Police said that on Sunday at 5:50 p.m., they responded to a call for a break-in in the Bremner Blvd. and Lower Simcoe St. area.

It’s alleged that four males forced entry into a restricted area of a building — cops wouldn’t specify which one as they don’t provide exact addresses — and got to the rooftop for the purpose of taking photographs for social media.

It’s further alleged that while fleeing the building, the four assaulted a security guard and a building manager and were located by police a short distance away.

Amirsalar Lotifiof, 20, of Newmarket, Alejandro Gonzalez, 20, of Toronto, Liam Shannon, 18, of Welland, and Zane Archambault, 20, of St. Catharines, have been charged with break and enter, two counts of assault, assault with intent to resist arrest and possession of break-and-enter instruments.

Archambault has also been charged with breach of probation.
