Police said the first incident was reported on Sept. 8 at about 10:45 a.m. in the Woodbine-Danforth Aves. area, where a victim who was changing their clothes in the basement of their home noticed a man watching through the window.

The man allegedly exposed himself and fled from the area.

Cops said the second incident happened on Sept. 23 at 8:40 a.m. on the Taylor Creek Park pathway, where the man spoke to a jogger and allegedly exposed himself to the victim before fleeing.

Police said a similar incident was reported by another jogger at the same East York park trail last Wednesday at around 9:30 a.m.

Cops have released a photo of the suspect, describing him as about 5-foot-7 with a thin build. He was last seen wearing dark blue cargo pants, a black T-shirt, a hooded sweater with the hood up and an athletic-style ski mask. He was riding an electric kick scooter.
